I am trying these home remedies to nip this in the bud...
Some "Cold Formula" tea brewed strong with:
ginger
peppermint
lemon
and honey!
I'm also eating lots of garlic!
And I've heard turmeric mixed with honey is good... the internet tells me it's an anti-inflammatory. It tasted... well, a little weird. Fingers crossed it will work!
Any other ideas?
