I really wish fellow apartment hunters would not do the following:
- Take an apartment or suite that allows pets when you have none. You have your choice of ANY apartment, must you take one of the few that allow pets?
- Interrupt me when I am talking to the landlord and trying to make a good impression.
- Offer more rent than the landlord is asking and thus sweep a place out from under my feet. Why must you do this when I was about to get that perfect place of awesomeness? I bet you don't even have pets.
